Jung Typology Profiler for Workplace™ (JTPW™) is an online personality assessment instrument specifically designed for workplace-related purposes such as job candidate assessment, team building, leadership, career development and more. 

JTPW™ determines Jungian Personality Type, measures several additional work-related personal factors and provides accurate, dynamically generated personalized multi-page reports covering such areas as work behavior, preferred activities, decision making, problem solving, creativity, change management, conflict management, communication style, and job compatibility.

Simple to Use

It is simple and easy to start using JTPW personality assessments. The assessment is done online; no paperwork, download or installation is required. Once you set up an account with us, you will be able to access the online assessment portal. You will invite your respondents from within your online portal, by email, to complete the assessments on their own over the Internet. For the convenience of both you and your respondent, when you invite your candidate the email is pre-filled with a system-generated unique hyperlink which takes your respondent directly to the assessment. They just need to follow the link with no username/password needing to be shared. If you wish to have your candidate fill the questionnaire manually, you can also print the assessment questionnaire, have your respondents fill in their answers and then enter their responses manually into the system from your portal to obtain the report. At any time you can access the results of assessments (various reports) from your portal. Reports and Pricing

Several reports are available with JTPW assessments. The price of a single assessment report is $16 (as per table below), certain reports are provided free of charge. The minimum purchase is 6 assessment reports for $96 which can be used for up to 6 respondents. Discounts are available with orders of 13 or more assessment reports.

Includes all items from the General report, plus: Scores of each of the 4 Jungian dimensions and behavioral indices In addition to the 4 dimensions of the Jungian personality type, it provides 8 dichotomies that explain the individual’s behavior in a work setting. Career Development Report Price: $16 per respondent*	The Personal Career Development report is a tool to understand and leverage personality strengths in career development. It includes: Personality type description and scores Individual’s personality strengths such as leadership qualities, results orientation, creativity, etc A description of the most favourable work environment in which respondents can leverage the strong areas of their personality, be most successful and fulfilled Career development methods tailored to the specifics of a respondent’s personality to help them in career advancement “Pitfalls” or natural weaknesses and how to manage them Career and job change analysis. Job Compatibility Report Price: free**	Job Compatibility report provides an easy way to score the respondents and compare their results to the recommended personality types and behavioral index ranges, for the job titles of interest. Use the Job Compatibility report to score against compatibility criteria of nearly 40 popular occupations and positions. Examples of job titles include but not limited to various sales positions (direct, retail, inside sales), managers (high-, mid-, and low rank), system analysts and more.
Group Summary Report Price: free**	A summary view that lists all behavioral indices of a group of respondents, in tabular format. Sort interactively by any index. Personality Type distribution among the group members. Also includes Group Personality Radar graph that visually represents the average strengths of the key workplace-related behavioral qualities, providing a consolidated "signature" of the group as a whole.
Job Compatibility Rules Price: free with a purchase of assessments	HRPersonality customers can benefit from the access to the library of compatibility criteria for nearly 40 popular occupation titles. The selection criteria refer to the respondent’s personality type and important behavioral characteristics measured by the Jung Typology Profiler for Workplace™. Once purchased, the job compatibility rules can be used with the free Job Compatibility Report.
