Simon serves as Chief Research and Development Officer. Simon Kerbel is an expert in development of psychometric instruments, and their application in the fields of organizational psychology, psychographics, relationship, and self help. Simon Kerbel founded HumanMetrics group in 1996, and launched www.humanmetrics.com to provide online assessment instruments and solutions in the fields of personality understanding and development, career development, entrepreneurship and relationship. Simon holds Ph.D. in Physiology and is a member of Canadian Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Donna Crane

Donna Crane is the president of Business Navigation Group, a leadership development consultancy with offices in the US, the UK and Europe. Donna provides executive coaching and trains executive leadership teams. Her clients include Fortune 50 companies in pharmaceutical, electronics and information services. Donna is a Professor of Marketing and Management in the Graduate School of Business at Northern Kentucky University. She is a contributor for USA Today. Business Navigation Group actively incorporates Humanmetrics Jung Typology Profiler for the Workplace™ into leadership development and team building workshops since 2007.

Slava Pogrebensky, Ph.D.

Dr. Pogrebensky is an active practitioner and researcher of industrial psychology, team dynamics, and executive coaching. He is a member of Swiss Academy of Social Sciences, and a visiting professor in Utrecht University, and University of Amsterdam, Yeshiva University in New York, NY. Dr. Pogrebensky developed programs for coaching and personal growth for business executives, politicians, managers in government and community organizations, and developed training programs for executive coaching facilitators. Dr. Pogrebensky developed and directed numerous international leadership projects in Europe, North America, and Middle East. Dr. Pogrebensky published many articles and authored several books on behavior in a business setting and applied psychology.

Dr. Michael Vainder is a top notch specialist in advanced statistical analysis and applied mathematics for psychological and clinical research, and consumer analytics. Dr. Michael Vainder is VP R&D Analytics at Adenyo. Dr. Michael Vainder is the chair and a key presenter at international workshops at The Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Sciences, Toronto University. Michael Vainder has numerous research publications in scientific journals such as the Psychiatry Research and the Journal of Comparative Human Biology.

Anne Dranitsaris, Ph.D.

Dr. Anne Dranitsaris is a clinical psychotherapist and corporate therapist with more than 30 years experience in the field of personal and professional growth and development. She is the creator of the Striving Styles Personality System, an assessment tool of natural striving energies that was featured in the "O" The Oprah Magazine. A prolific and frequently cited writer on the impact of behavior, emotional intelligence and personality styles in the workplace, she has authored 16 Personality Profiles, the Behavioral Interview Guide and the Jung Typology series. All these books focus on understanding the impact of personality type on employees, teams and leaders.
