3. Your client completes questionnaire online, usually takes about 20 minutes. The results are immediately available for you to access. You will receive an email notification that the result is ready.
4. Use the Career Development report as an input to your session and give it to your client as a take away.
5. You can configure whether your client can access their result online after completing the questionnaire or you can distribute the report during the counseling session.

3. The Group Summary report gives you the ability to analyze your team as a whole and provides visuals that you can copy and paste into your presentation. The report is available free of charge and includes:
